Website terms
These interim terms apply to the public MalaAlert Africa information website operated by Naza Agape Foundation. Operational early-warning services will require separate, purpose-specific terms before public deployment.
Informational purpose
Website content explains an emerging climate-informed malaria early warning initiative. Features, channels, collaborators, timelines and performance targets described here may change during co-design, testing and validation.
Not medical advice or an emergency service
MalaAlert website content does not diagnose, treat or replace professional medical care. People with possible malaria symptoms should seek timely testing and advice from a qualified health provider. Do not use this website for emergencies.
Forecast limits
Any future risk outlook will be an estimate based on available data and model assumptions. It cannot guarantee that malaria transmission will or will not occur in a particular place or period.
Acceptable use
You may access and share public website links for lawful, non-misleading purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or present planned targets and illustrative product views as verified results.
Ownership and third-party material
Original MalaAlert website content and design are provided by or for Naza Agape Foundation unless otherwise stated. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or a confirmed partnership.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as MalaAlert develops. Questions can be submitted through the contact page.
Important review notice
These interim website terms should be reviewed by qualified Nigerian counsel before an operational platform or community alert service launches.
